  • Do we take walk-ins?

    At the current moment, we do not take walk-in appointments. We know emergencies with your beloved pets can be scary, and although we operate by appointment only, we try our best to accommodate please call to check availability for same-day or emergency visits.

  • What forms of payment do we accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Care Credit, and bank-imprinted checks with proof of identification.

  • Do we have a parking lot?

    We currently only offer street parking. Most days spots are available right in front.

  • Are our microchips implanted compliant for international travel?

    Yes! Our Pet Link microchips are fully ISO-compliant for domestic and international travel.

  • Do we offer payment plans?

    No, we do not offer payment plans at the moment. However, you will find that our services are lower and more affordable than most clinics in the Chicagoland area.
